薑是我們常用的調味品，味道辛辣，也是一種
功效出色的中藥材，用它來製作成的話梅薑，
不僅鮮嫩多汁，美味可口，更能刺激食慾，驅
寒活血，健康又過瘾。

優質的話梅薑不止美味，還是一種味覺享受，
我們將嫩薑表面的薄皮剝去切成厚0.5cm的薄
片，清水洗淨煮熟瀝乾，再用白糖醃製而成，
採用簡單的傳統工序，最大程度保留薑本身的
營養。
